T Is For Twitter

Yes, it's true.  I have joined the ranks of many Twitterers before me and am now on Twitter.  Actually I don't even know the lingo for Twitter yet and the Twitter song didn't really explain much either so whatever tweet, twittle, twit means who knows.  On the bright side, I can easily update via Digsby which automatically updates my Facebook too so that's pretty cool and less work for me.

Anywho, I think I will arrange my camping trip the beginning of July because my oldest brother comes back from his vacation in Vietnam on the 3rd of July and my parents don't leave to their vacation in Vietnam until mid July so that gives 2 weeks to plan for the camping trip.  My little brother bought 6 sleeping bags for $10 each on Woot.com but I think that purchased flopped because I see no sleeping bags!  I still need to buy a giant tent and other camping stuff too...

Summer Update!

I haven't updated since boarding season which is long over by now obviously and I'm totally missing it!  Since this year I am rushing to fulfill a couple of investment opportunties I am unable to go on my planned trip to Japan with a few minions of mine so that pretty much sucks but oh wells there's always next year.  So with Japan out of the picture, I am stuck with jet skiing at Laughlin, wedding in Vegas, and camping in most likely Mammoth.  I could probably go to Seattle too since my brother is going to be working on a project out there for 5 months but then again there's nothing to do up there besides ass raping animals.  What else could I possibly do this summer?

Back From Mammoth Again

Mammoth this time around was totally way better than the last time.  Saturday was decent, it wasn't snowing that much and underneath all that fresh snow was still a layer of hard ice but still enough to enjoy.  Sunday was way better but not as good as the last snow storm from last year but good enough.  Finally I got down carving with my toes but that's probably because it's way easier to practice on fluffy fresh snow than on ice.  I did eat it a couple of times but it wasn't so bad because of the fresh cushion of snow.  I don't think we have any other Mammoth trip lined up for the rest of this season but I'm thinking of planning a trip to Big Bear to finish the season  off.

Back From Mammoth

This year Mammoth wasn't all that great compared to the same time last year when we were snowed in on Super Bowl Sunday which was pretty awesome because there was buttloads of fresh powdery snow! Unfortunately, this time the snow reminded me of Mt High where the snow is mostly just plain ice with maybe a 3 inch layer of snow. There were so many people getting injured because of the hardness of the snow. While I was sitting on the chair lift to go on top of the mountain, I saw this little kid flying down a pretty steep hill and then tumbling he went! His pair of ski went flying off and everything but I think he was okay. But there was this other little girl who apparently broke her wrist when she fell. On the bright side, we came up with a free pair of Smith googles!

Next Mammoth trip:

One More Week!

One more week until I get to shred eat snow! I know I could go local and board at Mt High but it's just not the same especially with man made snow. I just like a huge snow resort but then again who doesn't? But seriously, I like the space and not having to look back to see if anyone is going to cross paths with you although collisions do happen. I just don't want to be run over by behind while I'm chilling or having someone carve snow all over me. The last time I went to Mt High which was my first time boarding, a kid ran me over while I was sitting down chilling and boarders have no consideration whatsoever so I was constantly being covered in an tsunami of snow.

Mammoth

Whee!
